Behavior analysts often use assessments to identify reinforcers, performance targets, and intervention components when working with clients.  Yet, assessments aren’t always employed with staff when attempting to improve staff performance and results. In this webinar, Dr. Nicole Gravina will review common assessment strategies used in organizational behavior management including historical assessments, preferences assessments, assessments aimed at choosing a performance target, and assessments aimed at selecting an appropriate intervention.  She will provide examples of these assessments employed with staff in human service organizations from research and my consulting experience.

Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will identify the importance of assessment in organizations and when they are useful.
  • Attendees will identify to describe the most common assessments for identifying potential solutions for performance issues in organizations.
  • Attendees will be able identify other types of assessments used in organizations, such as preference assessments and historical assessments.
